Classroom Rules

• Respect

It is absolutely necessary for you as a student to show the proper respect when in my classroom.  Respect your classmates, respect your teacher, respect yourself and respect my property.  In return, I will respect you as students.

• Use Common Sense

You all have at least one year of experience as a middle school student in addition to the years you have spent as an elementary student.  You know the basics and you have a little common sense.  If a rule isn’t listed here, use your common sense or ask me for a clarification.  

• Be Prepared

Come to class every day with an appropriate amount of paper, pencils and red pens, etc.  Additionally, I expect you to come to class ready to learn.

• Be Seated During Class

Students are expected to be sitting in the correct seat when the first bell rings and to remain seated until the next bell rings.

• Bathroom

If you have to go to the bathroom ask me first then take the bathroom pass.

• Absences

If you are absent, you are expected to figure out what your assignment is through Google Classroom or contacting one of your fellow students.
