What To Expect This School Year

Healthy Body: students will learn how physical activity improves their overall health and prevents disease.

Healthy Mind: students will learn how physical activity improves their mental health and mood.

Enjoyment and Challenge: students will participate in activities that they enjoy as well as activities that are challenging.

Building Skills: students will learn how to participate safely in physical education activities in different activity environments (home and school).
