I have been teaching K-8 physical education for Regis Catholic Schools since the fall of 2002.

I encourage my students to embrace and live an active lifetsyle through a curriculum that is geared towards encouraging movement through team play.  Short term, the intent is to simply get the kids moving during the school day in order to reap the academic and physical benfits of exercise.  Long term, the ultimate goal is to help the students find a movement based activity that they are motivated by and will benefit from throughout their adult existence.
